It's pretty hard for me to follow up from last month's post, jeez.

• My end-of-year long form Google Doc is written; it's a few thousand words summarizing/synthesizing these monthly posts and making some other comments besides, plus plans for the future. DM me to get a link if you haven't already.
  
• Work got a specific kind of hard but I'm proud of the results. It was actually harder emotionally at the end of the month when there was nothing to do and no one to interact with even if I wanted to, versus the beginning where there was a very large but clear pile of things to do. This is an ongoing hazard with the kind of work I do, that I'm piecing through at work and in therapy, but if you have thoughts/suggestions on how to emotionally deal with downtime, let me know.
  
• Housing maybe? I put in my application and now I'm waiting to schedule an interview to the board, aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh.
  
• I didn't mention this in last month's post but I'm on Mastodon now, feel free to follow. I've been using Twitter more post-RogueCel and you can follow me there too.
  
• Nothing major changed on the relationship front, in terms of family (ugh but whatever) or big-R relationships (<3) or little-r relationships (also <3).
  
• I'm proud of the presents I got for others this year, and received relatively little back but they were very thoughtful gifts, and that's honestly kinda nice.
  
• This cold weather can suuuuuuuck iiiiiiiiit. And it's dark all the time, ugh. I love New York City but not the weather, that is for sure!
  
• My presents to myself were basically finally supporting some cool things on the Internet, including finally being a paid Dreamwidth user, so that's great.
  
• I started playing Tangledeep which is lush and gorgeous and so good and pretty tactically satisfying! High recommend.
  
• If you understand JSON and/or Twitter bots I have a question that could use some help. I'm so stuck on a thing I want to make and I'd love to be unstuck, so help or forwarding that to others who can help would be great. <3 <3 <3
  

Next month:

• AGDQ!!!!! It's a fun week of people being good at games in a way I don't participate in but find fascinating to watch! My girl Andy LOVES THIS and I'm hoping to visit her to watch with her at some point in the week!
  
• Work should get easier, and we should stop being short-staffed, that's cool.
  
• Since I probably won't be doing much walking (since the weather is going to continue to be shitty), I'm gonna try to spend some quality time in my evenings on unfucking my room. I've already trashed a whole bunch of random crap and it felt GREAT and it'd be nice to keep it up.
  
• I've also got a bit of a book backlog that could use getting through, and I'd like to play Tangledeep more.
  
• Plus, you know, this whole MAYBE THIS APARTMENT thing. Wish me luck, friends!
